Reborn is hit by Lambo's ten year bazooka and sent to the future. The thing is nobody came in his place. Tsuna later tries to make Adult Lambo appear by trying to take the bazooka and firing it at Lambo to explain what happens but Tsuna is shot in the process. He then appears in the world ten years from now.
